How many times have you been on a diet and successfully lost 10 pounds and soon after gained 15? This is called the “yo-yo” diet cycle…it’s so frustrating. Most people don’t realize that you can’t overcome a poor diet by working out more or that you can’t maintain a healthy weight by under or over eating. It’s simply impossible to sustain a healthy weight if your mind, body, and nutrition are not working together.

First, we believe that it is important to get your “mind” right before making a lifestyle change. At BYB Fitness, we identify SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, Timely) Goals. We work with you to identify things that have prevented success in the past and work on strategies to help you achieve the success that you deserve in the future. Health and Wellness Coaching is available throughout your journey.
Second, we do a Fitness Assessment to determine your level of fitness and design workouts that are suited for your level and in alignment with your fitness goals. At BYB Fitness, we do fitness your way. With our Holistic Fitness programs, you receive customized workouts along with personalized training, in-person or virtually.
Finally, we work with you to determine the appropriate nutritional plan for you to reach and sustain your weight goals. Your plan continues to evolve throughout the program.
Also, we weave in extra sprinkles of motivation and inspiration through email and text support along with periodic motivational tips throughout the week. We are here to support you on your health and fitness journey every step of the way.
