Meet Our Founder: Dr. Cynthia Simon, MAOM, CLC

Cynthia is a certified personal trainer and health and wellness coach. She has always been an active person. At a young age, she was already heavily involved in all forms of dance. For over 15 years, she did everything from ballet and tap to toe and modern jazz. She also traveled with various drill teams and competed in gymnastics.

You can say that she is a testament to the BYB Fitness programming and proof that it works.

Even as she ages, she still has the energy, stamina, and strength to show her son a thing or two in the gym and on the running course. She can do this because of the practices she learned, which she incorporated into the BYB Fitness programming. More importantly, these learnings helped Cynthia avoid prevalent health issues that plagued so many people close to her. It is her dream to share her knowledge with everyone, so people can apply it to their unique lifestyle and goals and reap similar benefits.
